I'm the CEO of HJMT PR and have been for 30+ years. I am also the chief blogger at HJMT Media, where I run two successful blogs - HilaryTopper.com and ATriathletesDiary.com. In addition, I teach at Hofstra University. I have a running group on the weekends and a triathlon team. I am a USA Triathlon Coach and a RRCA running coach. Further, I am a published author and have written for many publications. My newest book, From Couch Potato to Endurance Athlete, is a memoir/self-help book and I hope to inspire thousands of people to do something out of their wheelhouse.
