Annual Membership Dinner 2018

The Annual Membership Meeting of the Public Relations Professionals of Long Island, Inc., will be held on Tuesday, June 19 from 6-8 p.m. at Palmer’s American Grille, located at 123 Fulton Street in Farmingdale.

This dinner meeting is free and open to members only. During the annual meeting, members of the organization in good standing will elect the officers and directors for 2018-19. New business also may be brought before the meeting.

What follows is an absentee ballot containing the nominating committee’s proposed slate of officers and directors for 2018-19. If you cannot attend the annual meeting, you may vote by signing and dating the attached ballot and returning it as indicated. The absentee ballot must be received no later than Friday, June 8. Please be advised that if you choose to vote by absentee ballot, your vote will be recorded at the time of receipt and you will not be entitled to vote again at the annual meeting.

If you are unable to attend the annual meeting on Tuesday, June 19, you are entitled to submit your vote prior to the election by completing and returning this absentee ballot by Friday, June 8. Please note that if you vote by absentee ballot, you cannot vote again at the annual meeting. Nominations will be accepted from the floor at the annual meeting, provided that the nominee has been contacted by the person making the nomination and has given his/her approval to be nominated.
